my 3 girls have just had their first ever stay in kennels I was so nervous about leaving them but got some gorgeous pictures sent over around 24hours after they arrived and honestly they looked like they were having a fab time. my 9year old was my biggest concern as she would cry then minute I leave her even if it was with family. and one of my 1 year old pups is nervous/wary of new people especially males but the staff were fab they kept to just sending in female staff to my 3 and my pup was able to feel confident enough to form some friendships. the facilities are spotless we done a little tour around before even putting the girls in so I could see for myself what it was like and it sure lives up to it's name of hotel and spa they all have indoor areas along with a smaller outside area and then twice a day they get to stretch her legs and have a good run in the bigger grass runs. they offer nice long lead walks and many other things if you wanted to really spoilt them pooches. thank you to all the staff who were working on the days my girls were in you really did put my mind at ease. if your looking for kennels for your pups this is one place I would...

We had some bad experiances with kennels in past, but i saw this one on my travels on M5, it looked amazing. I contacted them, and arranged a viewing! Yes very rare!! But all i can say is wow!! They have thought of everything, you have option of cctv to see your fur babies are ok, a bath, and also 2 hour walks (these are extra cost, but still wow) the room! Yes i say room, as it wasnt your typical kennal, concrete and prison like! Heating and a fan if itgets to hot! A member of staff will go in and give some human interaction and enrichment! My dogs came out yes pleased to see me, but not as Get me out of here reaction as we had in the past. I cannot fault this place!! They will now be my goto for my fur babies holiday. Was mine and my partners first time using Wags & whiskers, and at first we were skeptical on the idea of leaving our 8 month year old puppy at "kennels". However, this couldn't be further away from the truth. From start to finish, they were incredibly intentive with our Ralph. Loved the additional features such as CCTV for the rooms, as we loved checking in on him whilst we were on holiday. The app was easy to navigate, and the location was also brillant, very secluded and well secured, meaning we could relax knowing he was truly safe and looked after.

Would 100% recommend to anyone considering this type of boarding and to definitely consider this lovely pet hotel.

Ralph was extremely happy to see us but also could very easily see he enjoyed his time there with the staff and the other dogs too.
