I have been one of Michelle’s students for nearly 12 years and her classes are the perfect yoga formula for me and I have tried quite a few other classes and teachers over the years.
Her classes are hugely enjoyable, well structured, inclusive and suitable for a range of ages, abilities and both men and women yet small enough to allow her to be able to observe everyone and offer feedback and encouragement.
The style of yoga she teaches draws on all the best parts of various different styles of yoga to deliver a practice which improves strength, flexibility and provides relaxation plus a healthy dose of humour.
She is great at helping people through illness and injuries, both physical and emotional, accommodating and adapting the practice for their needs so they can continue with their yoga practice while they heal.
I so look forward to my classes as they make me feel re-energised, rebalanced and refreshed. I am so grateful to have found her and hope I can continue her classes for another 12...

I attend the restorative class on a Friday which is just hard enough to be a bit of a challenge for me but always with the emphasis on self care and not being embarrassed to stop when it feels a step too far. Ending with ten minutes of relaxation and contemplation means I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed mentally. Michelle is a kind and thoughtful teacher always willing to adapt practice to suit individuals who may have issues with injury etc. I highly recommend that you give it a go. Michelle is an excellent teacher - supportive, caring and fun - who offers a range of classes to suit your ability, availability and time commitment. Plus the option of private lessons. (One of my favourite memories of lockdown is outdoor yoga sessions with Michelle in my garden with my daughters.)
Michelle carefully guides you through the moves, explaining their meaning and benefits. She helps you progress and she helps you take care of physical injuries and emotional/mental vulnerabilities.
