The Jolly Fryer is the spot. We would stop in regularly when travelling from Dungannon to Comber to visit family. The food is top notch and the staff are all very friendly. You normally have around 10-15 minutes wait for your food as the place is so busy , which is a sign of a great chippy. They take telephone orders and orders from online delivery services as well as walk-in customers. The mexican chip , taco chip's, burgers, pasties and fish are all amazing. THE BEST CHIPPY IN THIS AREA. EVERYTHING FRESHLY COOKED. I HAVE BEEN USING THIS CHIPPY SINCE IT OPENED AND CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. THE OWNER DON RUNS A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY BUSINESS. Classic chippie but with modern chips and honestly I'm here for it! We got a battered sausage supper and a side of chicken nuggets & a fish and chip with a side of curry and gravy.
