Appalling service, wrong order again and rude staff

After trying Wok This Way again due to new management our first meal was great, so ordered again unfortunately with mistakes in our order. Our meal was replaced without any issues.

Today for new years day we ordered a delivery of a wet chow mein, duck spring rolls with hosin sauce

Our food arrived, dry chow mein, duck spring rolls came with sweet chilli.

I am absolutely disgusted at how they dealt with the complaint.

No appology

Girl on the phone said she had told the owners it was a wet chow mein and asked did I want to bring it back, I asked for a replacement meal like the last time there was a mistake.

I recieved a call back that the owner refused to replace our meal and that we would have to being the food back of we wanted a refund!

I would not have paid for delivery if I was able to drive down and I am shocked at the refusal of a replacement or refund

Disappointed that after new management took over they would lack decent customer service.

If they did not do wet chow mein this should have been explained on the phone and I would have ordered something else.

Now we have to reorder at another resturant

I will not be ordering here again. Shocking attitude...

Good food, a shame that there is limited parking spaces. It's hard to reverse out of it, too.Though decent Chinese takeaway. Edit: Ate out of it again, still decent food and awkward parking, but I just released that this Chinese takeaway isn't really a place to park at and go in. This used to be Good Feet, which was located in the building that now is Wok This Way, which was a small building. When they turned it in to Wok this way, they only changed the layout of inside the building, they didn't extend it or anything. So you can expect it to be small. Anyways the area where you can sit when waiting for food is a nice touch inside, but there isn't much else. So I'm changing my rating from 3...

Well over a year ago I left an amazing review and I have been a regular customer ever since but as of now that review is now gone. It seems the standard has dropped a lot lately, and going off other reviews I’m not the only one thinking that. Got my usual this evening witch is the sweet and sour chicken but for the first time in my life I am leaving food on the plate. It has the strangest taste and I honestly can’t say what it is but I know it’s not right. I actually feel sick now and i am thinking I’m going to have to run to the toilet in a second, really sad to see this as I have been a great supporter of this place since...
