Ordered once and will never order again! Order took 1 hour 30 to arrive was only ice cream and a sundae, the sundae had melted, and was dripping everywhere, the strawberries were solid frozen, it was disgusting. I immediately rang them and said I was not happy as it was not edible and was told we would get a full refund for the order, have rang yesterday to check on the refund and was told it is happening and to ring back today, have rang back today to be told they are now not refunding it and said I can only have a credit voucher. No good to me as will never eat there again. They should not lie to their customers either. I dont put reviews on normally but feel everybody should be aware about how they treat...

Ordered 4 desserts. Delivery came within 30 mins but one of my waffles was missing. Called up and the lady on the phone said she will check the receipt and call back but there was no call back. Called again and they said they are going to send out the missing dessert with complimentary ice cream. The second delivery came an hour later, a couple mins before they shut. I checked the item and the actual waffles were missing, only the complimentary ice cream was there!! But the things that did arrive were nice and they eventually brought the waffles that...

After driving home from Cornwall I couldn't face cooking or going out to the shops. Kids wanted pancakes and I had no eggs! So ordered them both a waffle each and myself a milkshake.
