Came here for a midday meal and wow I was surprised. Where do i begin. The menu. Honestleh there’s been more variety on white paint than that menu. Anyways, I ended up ordering the pie meal. Looked good for its price of £6.80. Came with sauce and a can of drink. Really good for the money I thought. But no. I was shocked to what I was given. Straight away I was alerted to the fact that I wasn’t asked whether I wanted salt and vinegar on my chips. Boss man at the till was just loading it up in front of me, really wasn’t pleased. When it came to what sauce I wanted I opted for the famous curry sauce. I thought it’d just be like the regular curry but no I really don’t know what it was. It reminded me of how KFC make their gravy with the dirty bits of the fryer. Now the service. Was served by boss man who couldn’t have been any more miserable. Loveleh chap though quite polite. But the biggest problem for me was boss lady at the back of the shop. I was just observing her build and noticed that boss lady had her feet out around the shop. At this point I was really regretting my choice of coming here. Now the main review of the food. The pie wasn’t even cooked properly. The chips were for some reason soggeh. Really wasn’t digging any of the food. All I know is I won’t be hooked into this Garforth cuisine ever again....

I was looking forward to these fish and chips after reading all the positive reviews but as soon as I saw them being served I had a feeling I'd be disappointed. The fish and chips were both so over cooked they were on the verge of being burnt, part of the fish batter even tasted burnt. Maybe its a preference thing but I like my fish and chips light and golden but instead these were dark brown like a dull copper colour. The fish was a bit flat and on the smaller side of average, the chips were OK size wise but wish they could have been a bit more chunky. Maybe I caught them on an off day? It wasn't all bad, the lady serving was lovely, and once I placed my order it came out REALLY fast. Just a shame about the fish and...

Just been for my last meal here. Whilst the reception was nice and friendly and the fish was fairly tasty but the chips were vile, when the server put them out on the paper they were 50/50 normal colour and very very over cooked almost black my heart sank as I knew they would be awful and I wasn't wrong.
