Never come here, at least don't have your packages delivered here under any circumstance.

As soon as I entered the shop, I saw an older lady complain about her multiple packages not being seen anywhere around the shop which was a clear red-flag right off the bat. I came here to pick up a large portable speaker which is very expensive and it wasn't located anywhere amongst the other packages that were scattered around the middle section of the shop (which is terrible in itself). I was here for 20 minutes talking to the two people who work at the store but they would not help at all when looking for the UPS package with the tracking number. Afterwards, I was starting to get really mad and the store started to get a bit more crowded as more people came in. At this point, I showed the person working that it had been delivered and showed the name of the person who the package stated it had been delivered to - which so happened to be the person I was talking to - and the exact time of the delivery which was about 30 mins prior to me arriving, despite him saying that UPS had not delivered here today! It was only after this and 20 minutes of me searching all around the shop he decided to give me my package which sat nice and snug under his counter.

Honestly if I placed all my bets, I would have guessed that I was being stolen of my package by the workers at the shop, they only decided to give it to me when I was providing all evidence that the package had been delivered here and that they might have been worried because a crowd was starting to gather...

I attempted to collect my parcel , twice . Staff were rude , & miserable. They did not give my parcel on both occasions. Although I had a notification email, from , Amazon to collect it , as it was & should have definitely been ready to collect. Parcels , are just strewn around, very untidy , and totally, disorganised!! Whilst the shop ,looks absolutely, filth dirty , unclean , and grimey. I would never return here, ever !! Totally unacceptable practice, of a place....

Awful customer service regarding a collect plus item from Very they said the item was not there and I had conformation from Very Yodel and collect plus that it was . I returned home and they called to say they had found it I collected my item to the man saying I didn't give right name (It was on my I.D ) and parcel was small so blaming me . Rude arrogant and unhelpful I will never use...
