An absolute sorry excuse for food

I did order through just eat however the food was still somewhat warm which gave me a small hope of freshness however Usually people would think to wrap up the containers so they don't spill over

First bad sign was that, which then in turn destroyed my hips for what was to come

The jacket potato a simple item was hard to mess up the only negative about this one item is that it spilt half in the bag due to it not being covered

The sandwiches were in turn ruined by the unwrapped potato, both 'baguettes' were really wet and flimsy, the minted lamb was way over cooked even the pets turned their nose up at it, the salt and pepper chciken was also overcooked and super chewy, it went down in the end

I received an extra box of the 'french toast' however both were inedible due to undercooked egg and the the berries on top, even in the image, they are just a waste, both portions in the end were soggy and under cooked, being advertised as 'cooked till golden brown' a genuine disappointment

And lastly the pancakes were also extremely disappointing being firm and chewy, also being unwraped, the chocolate sauce (more so being chocolate warer)ended up spilling in the bag also however this was placed on the bottom, again with the berries on the pancakes looking like there is not set of standards

In the end this seems like a complete oversight in standards and quality checking, severely disappointed and will go through just eat for a full refund.

With the poor quality of other items I do believe the driver is not at fault and the food would've still been inedible...

Foil in my milkshake, they don't answer the number they have on Google or deliveroo the breakfast was alright but the fact our milkshakes had foil in kind of makes me worry about the hygiene of the place.

Edit: I legit have no clue what you are talking about in your response. I am not one of your competitors. I don't eat out much for breakfast however when I ate at your place. I ate foil... What do you want me to do, when i tried to resolve it with you personally (avoiding the review) I had no way to get in touch as the number on both deliveroo and the website just rang out. I'm not going to write you a nice review if you made me eat something that people are not supposed to eat. All I wanted was an apology, your breakfast was nice and you listened to my order instructions, but foil in my milkshake is so careless.
