Café Bucci — Restaurant in Liverpool

I got here to pickup a delivery and was told 5 minutes. After 10 minutes they gave me a bag and asked me to pickup the order on the phone wich I did. After that they said that’s not the whole order and asked me to wait. So I waited 20 more minutes extra and I already had picked up the order on my phone. So now I have no reimbursement from the delivery app and lost 30 minutes waiting ( they said will be 5 ) in the most busy time for wich I could do 2 orders or at least get compensation by the app because of the waiting time. I feel tricked twice at one time.

That’s why a few couriers went away and rejected their orders. And for people phoning they saying the order is ready but they don’t have couriers - NO the order is NOT ready and the couriers know that - that’s why they not coming.

Joking with people’s time and effort.

While on our trip to London we halted at Liverpool and tried Cafe Bucci. The food was amazing. We ordered their signature smashed beef burger, hot and sweet chicken wings, chilli Porata which comes as a wrap, Biscoff milkshake and virgin mojito. Everything tasted great and fresh. The wings were served hot and were delicious. Expect some waiting time during weekends due to the volume of orders. Overall highly recommended eat out spot that serves fresh halal meat. And yes, very pocket friendly too. Would definitely visit again to try more options from their menu. Kudos...

I ordered a few times and the food was good, hot and fresh. In the latest delivery on 17th of January, via Deliveroo, the burger was cold and soggy. The bread felt as if it'd just been pulled from the fridge. Honestly, I couldn't eat it so I had to throw it away. Do better, please.
