The Good Kitchen — Local services in Liverpool

I've ordered from here several times in the past and although it can some times take a little while for food to be delivered, the food is generally ok. I'm not sure what has changed recently but we ordered this evening and was told 30/40 minutes. After over an hour I called to check on the order and the lady said "20 more minutes, thanks, bye. Then put the phone down. I thought this was very rude as we had already waited over an hour. We waited and another 30 minutes passed so I called again only to hear them arguing down the phone with each other in their language! I could not get a word in or get a straight answer about our order. I was becoming frustrated so I asked a friend to call this time. 10 more minutes they said. It did arrive in around 10 minutes but this was almost 2 hours after we had ordered food. My child had fallen asleep waiting for her tea! After this experience I think we will now be ordering from elsewhere, which is a shame as we did order from here...

FIRSTLY IM NOT ONE FOR WRITING REVIEWS BUT I FELT THE NEED THIS REVIEW NEEDED TO BE LEFT. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STAR THEN I WOULD HAVE.CHIPS ARRIVED IN WHAT LOOKED LIKE LEFT OVER HARD CRUMBS OFF SOMEBODY'S PLATE.DEFO WARM UPS OF THE WORSE KIND IMAGINABLE , ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING .SECONDLY WE OPENED THE SUI MAIS TO WHEN I PUT ONE OF THEM IN MY MOUTH I GOT THE WORSE TASTE IVE EVER TASTED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE , It was raw not even half cooked .I spat it out instantly and had to run to bathroom to because I was projectile vomiting 🤢 I had to write this review just to warm other people not to even think about going here!! DONT SAY YOU HAVENT BEEN WARNED!!!! JUST HOPE MY HUSBAND DOESNT END UP WITH FOOD POISIONING.PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED...

The good kitchen more like the bad kitchen. Food took 110 minutes everything was overcooked. Fobed off each time I called regarding order being told 5-10 minutes. Turns out one delivery staff on that night. Should never have accepted order when there was no chance of it being delivered on time.
