Stunningly good fish and chip shop. Amazing family run business with lovely welcoming and friendly staff.

The shop is very clean and you can watch as your order is prepared freshly. The quality of the food is wonderful and I can honestly describe it as the best fish and chips I have ever had.

My missus loves rock/huss which they always have in stock and she is more than happy with it from here. I have the plaice which is also superb. You get large portion sizes, good prices and it is absolutely delicious.

There are 3 other fish and chip shops closer to me but I keep coming back to Mitcham's Plaice because the quality is head and shoulders above all the competitors.

They aer very friendly always nice food and my granddaughter love going their as she. Say hello and good bye in their language and a little bit more and make them smile worth going sadly l hate to say this l got chicken and chips twice my granddaughter order it 2 bits twice.it was awful we were unable to eat it as it tasted like the oil had not been changed the chips were dry and an so was the chicken l am so sorry as this was a lot of money she treat us.we not eat here for sometime so disappointed 😞 but they their self aer nice .which let them...

I can't recommend it highly enough. The best fish and chips in London. Friendly service, freshly prepared food, competitively priced food, beautifully clean, I wish I lived nearer it so I could use it more a regularly. A great takeaway run by by people with a genuine passion for fish that is shown in all aspects of the freshness, price, friendiness and hygiene of the takeaway.
