The food was amazing, would highly recommend anyone to come for the food. The place is also very cozy, However 3 star comes down to bad service we've received from one of the waiters who had a ponytail.
We came in originally offered one table and immediately moved to a different table, no issue whatsoever as there was a bigger party needing that table however, we had waited nearly 10 minutes to be given a menu. On my way to the bathroom i had simply asked if we could have a menu as I wasn't sure if the menu he had picked up were for us or for another table, to which on my return I was told by my partner that the waiter was giving me attitude behind my back.
I wanted to address any misunderstanding with the waiter. As he came back to see what we'd like, in the time, we were offered a menu and also waited another period of time for our order to be taken to which I again was trying to have a conversation with the waiter on his second return and appreciate his service but did not want to give me any acknowledgement and only chose to speak to my partner.
After we had our meal, and it was time to pay only then did he decide he wanted to acknowledge and talk to me. I wasn't happy with the service and decided I did not want to pay service charge, in which he quickly took back the receipt and abruptly ended our conversation. I tried to pay by AMEX and it didn't work which is no problem he came back and gave a passive aggressive remark "oh its because you didn't pay for the service" which only validated the horrible service from this gentlemen.
I like this place, the food is amazing but if I ever come back again I do not ever want to be...

Signor Ciccio's prides itself on using only the freshest ingredients, and it shows in every bite. The pizzas are a perfect balance of crispy, flavorful crust and rich, savory toppings. Whether you're a fan of classic Margherita, adventurous with a gourmet selection, or creating your own masterpiece, each pizza is crafted to perfection.
What truly sets Signor Ciccio's apart, however, is their dedication to customer satisfaction. The staff is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about their food. They make you feel like a valued guest from the moment you arrive until you leave, full and happy.
The restaurant's ambiance is also worth mentioning. It’s a perfect blend of cozy and vibrant, ideal for a family night out, a casual date, or even a solo meal to savor every flavor. The decor reflects a charming Italian authenticity that enhances the overall dining experience.
I highly recommend Signor Ciccio's pizza restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable meal. It's a place where quality, taste, and hospitality come together to create a dining experience that's simply...
Read moreWhat a joke of an evening. We have been going to Signor Ciccio former Azzurri since it opened. We always had a great experience and good food reasonably priced. I considered ourselves very lucky to have such a good pizza place on our doorsteps Tonight was like an episode of Laurel & Hardy! We were a table of 4 that ordered 3 starters and 4 pizzas!! The service was snail slow with half empty restaurant and 2 servers. The Aperol Spritz x 2, one had an ant in it, the other a dirty glass. 3 starters arrived at different time after a considerable length of time from ordering and between them. 2 of our pizza were taken to the wrong table then back to the kitchen to find out where they were supposed to go... Finally arrived at our table just warm not hot. The other 2 pizzas were not ready obviously, then rushed and barely cooked. A new server left to its own devise, not fair to the customers or the person. To add insult to injury they added service charges to the bill. They never did. Which in normal circumstances I would have happily...
