From the moment that I messaged about our corporate event I had almost an immediate reply very friendly helpful and clear guidance. I gave them my information for what I was after and was provided with a quote. we had hired out a venue for our work party however we had a hiccup as the delivery was Thursday and collection Tuesday (we only had the venue for 1 evening) I was given a quote to change to a Sunday morning delivery and collection Monday morning which was doable. The day before the party I was contacted by Delivery guy polite and friendly and was given a 10am delivery time I explained the party wasn't until 7pm he said no problem I'll come a bit later at 12, I arranged a staff member to be present at the venue to accept delivery for 12 although after contacting him he arrived at 2pm. Fast efficient set up and overall very impressed. I Did explain to the delivery man that I wasn't happy that I had someone waiting around for 2 hours for him to arrive as if I had recieved a call that traffic was a problem they could've gone away and returned. At our venue we had an outside gap but no hose (which was required to clean all the equipment) the 2 guys wiped everything down and other than the smell from inside the tent you wouldn't have known due to it being dark. Before leaving I walked the equipment and I was told to only turn on the LED furniture when the party started and it would last until maybe 1am and that 3 of the furniture pieces wasn't working by 7.15 6 pieces wasn't lighting up so really let down as i wanted the led furniture to be the main decoration in the tent and therefore didnt have many other decorations inside. The equipment really was eye catching and the dance floor and nightlight really did get people talking. When we discussed collection again I just said can you make sure you let me know if your running late as again this was a hired out venue (who had other functions ) we went from a 11.30/12 ish to gone 2pm collection thankfully I wasn't required to drive the 45 minute journey back to the venue and wait further. Great concept but a shame about the details that added unnecessary complexity. 1 star missed for faulty led furniture and 1 star missed for delays /lack of communication around delays however still made for a good night and...

Absolutely glorious experience with PopUp Tent from start to finish!

From the very first enquiry, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and ease. Hannah was fantastic — prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful with the booking process. On the day, Luke took over seamlessly with the setup and takedown, making the entire process completely stress-free.

The tent itself was spectacular. Everything — from the quality of the equipment to the tasteful lighting — was of a very high standard. The giant light-up numbers were a brilliant touch and really elevated the ambience. As night fell, the tent truly came to life — it looked absolutely magical. I had been slightly concerned about noise carrying, but it was surprisingly quiet, which made the evening even more enjoyable.

One thing I would advise others to consider: if your setup is on uneven ground, I wouldn’t recommend opting for the LED disco floor. While it looked impressive initially, the uneven surface caused it to disconnect partway through the night, and half the lights stopped working. It was a bit of a let-down, and I wish I had been advised about this limitation in advance.
