The manager went to my cousin who is child to complain to instead of the adult and knew who the adults were me and his mother, my little cousin felt like he was being told off, and when we went to speak to the manager who told him off about who he should come and talk to and he was very sarcastic, my little cousin was doing what everyone else was doing learning how to skate with a penguin and was struggling I was watching him from a distance and so was his mother, he must have spoken to him in quite rude as he looked like he was about to cry, we asked for a complaint form and he refused to give it to us, we also called many times to book it and there was no answer and it was open, when we got there we booked it there and we saw that they were answering many calls and they answered for booking aswell however the escape room was alright and we...

Absolutely great place. All under one roof... Ice Skating, Laser Quest and Escape Rooms... Plus a bar, basic food etc. We took the kids for our 11 year olds birthday. The 4 girls and mom went on the ice and me and my 4 year old did Laser Quest. We had a blast (pardon the pun) as did the girls.

They don't over book the rink or Laser activity, so there aren't too many people there and the ice isn't overcrowded. The ice was lovely and the rink is a good size. It was safe enough to let the kids scoot round on the ice on their own. Our last skate was at Telford and it was way way too busy. It was a good price too

It's a family owned concern and the staff and owners are really friendly and it gives it a very personal touch. Highly recommend you to visit, we will certainly be back. Thanks for giving us...

I can not believe how rude the staff are included with the female owner we drove over twice from a distance and they give the wrong information out to people got asked to leave because there staff can't be bothered to do some work have no people skills in saying that Worcester is only 15 min away and it's not a problem to get there when you have kids and other things going on. we tried to exspres that we where upset about there service and there manners on both occasions but again in return got nothing but rudeness abuse and was wrongfully forced out the door. we have been so traumatised that we shall never be returning and hope that No one else ever has to experience this as we did. they say that it is a family business but it's...
