Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Malvern Hills

Absolutely poor customer service went in at 10.30 Sunday 28th August asked for a choclate twist to be told they'd sold out I asked either Laura or Sam have you none at all only to be told we have for tommorow but if we open the pack for you we'd have to chuck the others away !! To which I replied well if you've sold out already why would you need to chuck those away you would surely sell those! She then replied im not the manager I don't make the rules ! After spending £20 plus on 2 occasions and they can't give customers what there asking for even thou they had them couldn't open a packet then there was a lovely lad called Andrew who seemed to be doing all the work while they were moaning about him ! Which I wont repeat as to be honest was un called for and nasty considering he was working with them were team spirit ! Also it was absolute filthy in there tables dirty coach had all crumbs when my husband approached her to ask why it was so dirty she said ive only been here for a hr I havnt had time !( no not when she's talking about other members of staff ). Treat customers right and there be back no other costa has a problem only yours filthy place and staff to accommodate the customers !shocking won't be going again !! I always find that Costa coffee a very pleasant airy but cosy place to sit and relax,on my own or with friends and family The coffee is very nice and the cakes yummy.I am disappointed that Costa have banned dogs ,although I am not a dog owner .,it was quite amusing to see the different types of dogs that came in. and,as with children, dogs create conversation amongst complete strangers.I have been going into Costa for some time and ALL the dogs that came in were well behaved and NOT a threat .Either the owner was just going to.walk the dog or they had just been ,either way it was a nice stop off for...

We arrived sometime just after 1pm and it was quiet enough that we had plenty of choices for seating. The slice of chocolate cake I had was huge and tasted lovely. The drinks were fine. We left sometime before 3pm but a long line had formed which was going out of the door by this point. Everyone was social distancing in the line so it possibly looked worse than it was.
