Ate here today at the goviva festival, ordered at the till was given my burger and fries within 30 seconds of order.... Thought that was strange as they advertise the food as fresh but paid so carried on.

Burger patty was pre made and placed under a hot light, waiting for the next person to by one. bun wasn't even toasted and the fries were luke warm, I've had better burgers from rustlers from a petrol station.

Went to another vendor to get food for my daughter and that was piping hot (they got a 5 star review) . This was terrible for £14 for chips and a burger you need to do better. Not as if you was busy. Charging a premium for something that should taste delicious but in truth was poor. The food is amazing but EVERY time we order for click & collect on taste collective we order at a specify time as you have to & EVERY time we arrive we’re told it’s a MINIMUM 10 minute wait. It’s frustrating but extra frustrating when you’re collecting from another vendor which is on time. It basically means your other food is cold when you get home. Ordered 2 burgers and 2 sides and was told by the app that it'll be done in 10-15 mins. After repeatedly going up and asking how long it was going to be and being told 5 mins atleast 3 times, 45 mins later the food arrives at our table. By which time we had to leave and eat in the car. By far the worst street food experience I've ever had. If you're busy and can't cope with orders don't accept the order or have the the courtesy to tell people its going to take a while longer.
