It’s a shame to see a what used to be a good Indian takeaway delivering poor quality food, never had an issue with this place however, the food quality has been lacking quite a few times now that I have ordered. Today I ordered a roti which was very rubbery, chicken tikka naga curry was just about edible, chicken fried rice was bland, no flavour, could have made this in my own home, just add some boiled chicken, boiled rice, onions and mix it together on a frying pan and this is basically what we were given for £3.50 but the main reason for this review is to do with the spicy donner and chips that smelt off even with the lid on, so I had a nibble just so i wasn’t overreacting by my god was I right, i had to spit it right out and rinse my mouth, it was absolutely disgusting. I did ring them regarding this and was told that everything is made fresh and I was the first person that had said that this item was off today, the only that looked fresh was the papadoms. That donner and chips looked like it had been pulled out from the bin and then served to us and to think my pregnant wife was about to eat this as she ordered this from the menu is really frightening, no consideration and could have done a lot harm to our unborn child. The lad on the phone was being reasonable and did offer to knock off prices on my next order but NO THANK YOU!! In no way does this justify what could have happened to my pregnant wife if she had of ate that rotten looking food. There’s been a huge drop in standards with the food quality so I had to ask the lad if the business had changed hands, he’s confirmed the new owner’s took over 6 months ago and the staff are all new therefore, my mind was made up on why this happened today, prev owner would not let this happen on their watch. Used to be a great place to eat out from but today will be my last !!!

Ordered 3 super extreme spicy curries! They had to call me to make sure it's what we want and they surely did not disappoint, large portions fully loaded ingredients, meats are very tender, very tasty, and considering the distance is about 4 miles away, surprised the curries were still hot! One of the best Indian takeaways I ever had! Will definitely come back when I visit this part of Birmingham again.

"NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTELY SHAMBOLIC SERVICE. This has now happened to us twice. They deliver half of the order and change your order on the app to make it look like you haven't ordered what they haven't delivered, they make it out to be your fault. This time we print screened our order to ensure this didn't happen again. AGAIN they changed my order on the app despite me having PROOF of what I actually ordered and blamed me. Refused to give me my money back despite having NOTHING TO EAT. I am not someone who would normally write bad reviews for the sake of not wanting to bad mouth someone's business, however for this company I have no choice. Do not waste your hard earned cash on this absolutely abysmal place. They also took my money after handing the whole order back to the driver and. When I told the company this they said "we have to pay the driver". Even the Just eat delivery driver said to them on the phone that we were in the right and he had seen our proof of...

I had a very pathetic, horrible experience and would never go or order from here🥵. Shame on you. We were out at Christmas market, thought of going to Indian Eatery . On asking them for a table they told us to wait till 9 pm . We were alright with that as we hadn’t booked the table . My sister needed to use toilet and they refused to allow.on pleading to allow this they continued to disallow as the situation was desperate she had to use the washroom. The guy at the gate from Indian Eatery said we are now cancelling your reservation at 9 . This raises threeissues -Should it not be mandatory for restaurants to let people use washrooms as is a law in many so called under developed countries like India . should restaurants be allowed to use India in their names if they do not follow Indian traditions if this is the customer orientation in restaurant will never go or suggest for this restaurant.

Down with this operas discourteous restaurant who can’t follow...
