We normally order from this take away and have had no problems, food is normally tasty and flavoursome. However, the order we placed tonight was so bad I had write a review. We ordered salt and pepper chips which arrived plain and luke warm. The chips looked like they had been sitting for a while and then recooked for the order. The food was so bland and mostly cold. My partner couldn’t even eat hers it was that bad to taste. She ended up only eating the egg fried rice.

Now I understand that issues can happen and therefore we decided to call the take away to complain about the order. And this for me is where the problem really began. Most take always would normally accept responsibility l, apologise and resend the food. NOT this take away. The lady who I spoke to was so rude, refused to accept any sort of responsibility or offer to rectify the situation.

She called me a liar on the phone! And when I told her that I would be leaving a bad review for this, she responded to say I will reply to the review and tell people you are liar! I have NEVER ever experienced such terrible customer service. And I warn everyone to avoid this take away, as they simply do not understand The value of customer service and will quite happily take £25.00 of you and simply call you a liar over the phone if you dare to express your frustrations over poor quality food.

Absolute shocking service,ordered from them and when it was delivered part of the order was missing,rang to highlight this to them and was called a liar by the woman on the phone who then proceeded to hang up on me,I got straight in my car with the part order and paid them a visit and return the order only to be called a liar again in person,they offered to replace my order but had a full refund and took my service elsewhere,my advice is avoid this place like the plague as I will never be using them again...whatever happened to the customer is...

If we could give this no stars we would. We were regular customers and ordered a takeaway just now. Salt and pepper chicken and chips and mushroom curry. Absolutely inedible, we simply couldn’t eat it as the chicken and chips was covered in salt !! It all went straight in the bin. We expect a certain amount of salt but the chicken/chips were caked in crusted salt - awful. Really disappointed when we called to let them know to be told some customers have commented on bland food. We’ve been customers for 6 years but...
