I turnt up to my daughters birthday party at 1.20 the party started at 1.30 I was told I could come early when I booked , my daughter excitedly ran through the door to be rudely spoken to by the lady who told us to get out and wait 15 minutes , we stood back outside in shock i then thought maybe she thinks we were turning up to a session so I thought I’d pop my head in to say we’re here for my daughters birthday to again be rudely spoken to and told to wait 15 minutes . I’ve paid for a party I’m not waiting outside when I got told I could turn up early , I walked in and said this to her for her rudely to give us a hand gesture to sit down . I felt so uncomfortable at this point and this was before any of the guests turnt up , when I booked I also got told There would be juice on the table for the children so when I went up to ask for a jug of juice I got told apparently they don’t do that they only did juice in the party room next door when the children sat down to eat , So I then asked if I could pay for a jug of juice for her to tell me I wasn’t allowed to have a jug of juice only water considering you can buy juice from the till , when it was time to go into the party room next door she didn’t say please she rudely spoke to the kids to get them in a line no smiles just pure miserable, she wizzed them of so quickly I couldn’t get a picture,another thing when I went to order some food she served me with food in her mouth and she also did the same to one of the childrens mum She’s made my whole experience of having a party terrible, my 13 year old son felt so uncomfortable … I’m going through a very hard time right now and I wanted this party the first one I’ve ever done to go as smoothly as possible , my daughter had a great time as she was with her friends but what an awful experience for myself and the parents. It’s a shame as when I booked I think it was with the manager Sam I believe who was absolutely brilliant and it made me so excited to have my daughters birthday here such a shame she wasn’t there and I had a person who quite clearly shouldn’t be working in a kids soft play . I won’t even be returning for my children to play I wouldn’t ever want to be in the same room as that lady again .,.on a positive note there was one guy there I couldn’t tell you his name he had braids and was the party host but oh my god he was brilliant I couldn’t fault him atall he made the party what a credit to have someone like him maybe she can follow in his footstep on how to be a...

We Had our Grandsons Birthday Party at Play Wild on Saturday 14th October 2023-it was fantastic! Sam and her team were very helpful and professional-the party food and party bags were all as described-they dealt with the few extra children who came without any fuss-just took it in their stride! The place was very clean and organized and we had an extra bonus of a visit by the Letchworth Samba Band-who were great! All the kids and adults had a great time and we would highly recommend this place for children's party's. Thanks again to Sam for being so helpful and positive. Best Wishes....

Unfortunately won't be going again. Been twice now. My daughter had problems 1st time In the ball pit a group off boys pushing her about and she couldn't get out because of them. I had to go in help her I only knew because saw on the camera she was crying. The second time we went a boy spat on her. Just because she said it's time to go now. She is clearly upset and even said it's the worst play area and she never wants to go again. Shame really you can't see all the play area even tho there is a few camrea areas but doesn't cover the whole place and flicks...
