We visited on a Friday lunch time. It was very quiet both in the seated and drive through. The staff were not friendly or that helpful, we ordered our food but thr girl that served me was not helpful, she put the food on a tray with a empty cup which I (stupidly assumed it was for the bottle of drink my wife had ordered) so I asked for the coke with my meal and she just picked up the empty cup looked at me and sort of shrugged is the only way I can describe it. So again I asked for my drink? She then discovered she could actually talk ,and said its self service. The drinks machine was there but no instructions or section that was obvious, eventually I got a coke. Buy then went to get napkins and salt but all of the containers were completely empty, so back to the happy girl I went to ask but I had to wait for her to finish her important conversation about her personal life before she managed to find what I needed. By the time I got to table food was like warm at best, we had it and no I did not bother taking it back or complaining because beleave it or not spending hours at burger King was not on my todo list that day. Any way we finished about half ofvtge meal and I lost all interest in it. As we were going I went to the toilet it was absolutely disgusting there was no way that it had been cleaned in weeks, I'm am not going to say any more than I will leave it to your imagination to picture the stains and smears , smells, body waste etc I found in there .I decided to use the toilets in sainsbury's instead. We put our tray and rubbish in the bin which again was fifthly and had fruit flys round it. On going there was no acknowledgement or good bye,as again the 2 front of house staff were very busy in a meeting about going out later drinking, which must be some sort of team building exercise for staff...

Me and my family were ignored for 10 minutes at the drive through window. After realising that we might never be attended to, we decided to park our car and order inside the store (BIG MISTAKE).
After ordering quite a substantial amount of food for me and my family, we were told that our order had not gone through. My dad then showed how the transaction had gone through using his banking app. Apparently this wasn't enough evidence as they continued to question us and attempted to charge us for a second time. This caused a huge delay to fulfilment of the order.
The so called 'manager' of a store with literally two customers eventually came over NOT to apologise but to question us further.
Eventually our food was given to us and we OF COURSE checked the contents. They had forgotten two burgers. The teenage boy on the till then slammed a burger on the top and began pointing his finger at us, saying 'I told you... blah blah blah' and 'you didn't listen blah blah blah'. Still no apology.
We got home. They had STILL got our order wrong. Classic.
This experience took maybe 35 minutes in total in a store where there were literally only two customers in the store.
Whilst the food was wrong and cold and of course, not what we payed for, the true disgrace was the absence of customer service and complete lack of people skills...

3 people in the place, my brother and I, and an Indian gentleman. The young lad behind the counter at the time was clearly panicked and out of his depth. The Indian guy said he'd been waiting for 10 mins prior to my brother and I coming in. Anyways, after about 20 minutes we got served, the manager was sat at a table chatting up some fella who had popped in for lunch...attempting to, she wasn't exactly a looker 🙄. So we make our order, guy behind the counter looks under immense pressure, 2 whopper meals..hes clueless. We wait another 15 minutes or so for our food, in the mean time he grabs a random cup of something from the top of a drinksachone and passes it to me..its not the milkshake I'd ordered, it was there when we first come in so had been sat there at least 35 mins at this point, it was literally a cup of milky water or something they had drained from the machine to bin. I obviously told him that it wasn't my drink...he goes to make a chocolate milkshake but the machine has run out of chocolate flavouring, he literally had to beg the manager to come help him, she was too busy flirting with some fella at a table...she gets up in a huff and helps the young lad change the powder or whatever it is eventually. Aweful place, not fast my any stretch of the imagination. Place was grubby...staff were slow...
