Price For Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall the price of the food/drinks at Costa is generally okay. Personally I believe Costa has better pricing than Starbucks which is always good

Speed of Service: ⭐️⭐️ On this particular visit, the time between placing my order and receiving my drink was rather slow. Understandable as the drive through was absolutely rammed! But by the time I got to the window in all honesty I would have thought it would have been ready. I was in no rush myself so it’s not that big of an issue.

Food Quality: ⭐️ Overall quality of my food was extremely poor and all in all I was very disappointed with this visit to Costa. Both the Salted Caramel Frostinos were over blended so the drink was too thick and slight gritty with the ice. As shown by the photo you can roughly see this texture on the top. We both asked for cream and received none.

Restaraunt Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The restaraunt was extremely clean as where all the tables. A very clean and COVID Secure Costa.

I been costumer of costa coffe over 10year never ever had issues with coffe ,today I went in Lechworth costa drive thru where there was the girl called Charlotte I asked her for cortado warm not to hot as the staff hire make coffe very very hot,she make it quickly and I tested coffe in front of her I complained about temperature of coffe she start being very rud telling me I refuse to make another coffe for you when as coroner I’m right and we pay for what u get ,I refund my money back and I went out ,Behaviour very bad costumer cervice very rude unprofessional staff need to be trained specific on costumer service ,Charlotte very rude girl she told me she is menager ,even trying to contact costumer vervice ,people like her...

I use the drive through pretty regularly. 95% of the time the staff are extremely friendly and courteous with only the odd exception. The reason I mark it down it a bit is they never seem to have the food I would like. After the 3rd or 4th time in a row of having no sausage or bacon rolls I politely suggested they have a look at their ordering amounts. I was told they are breakfast items and it was a bit late in the day. 1pm this was. And the menu does state all day breakfast. Just visited at 11.15 am and same again and no pastries.
