Jen was such a calm and experienced supplier to work with, she knows exactly what she’s doing! She was one of the only cake suppliers we could find who still worked with fondant (most only offer buttercream now) even though that’s not traditional. She also said we were able to have our top tier as a fruit cake with marzipan (other cake suppliers said a fruit cake would be too heavy as a top tier).
