Rebound Inflatable Park — Local services in North West Leicestershire

I booked Rebound for my son's 7th birthday, and I am so very pleased that I did. My son summed it up in one great sentence, " Best birthday ever ". As a parent you want the best for your child, and when you book a party somewhere you put all your trust into that place to make your child's birthday a memorable one. Well that is exactly what I was given with the party hosts at rebound. All the hard work of a party was taken care of, all the children were continuously occupied, if a drink was required the staff was on hand with a selection of orange or blackcurrant squash and fresh water. The party hosts made some challenges for the children, there was basket ball, dodge ball, diving into sponge area, gladiator style balance beam with the battle sticks and so much more. The children were then escorted into the party room, (I had paid a little extra to upgrade to a themed party) it was decorated with avengers posters, birthday banners, avengers table cloth with matching plates, napkins and cups and a massive balloon ( extra £6.99 ) for the birthday boy in the centre of the table. My son loved the balloon, it was also worth what I had paid. The party hosts were absolutely amazing. They brought the food in, ( pizza, hot dogs and chips ), they served the children with the food too, normally a job left to the parents in most venues. All cups were continuously topped up with the unlimited amount of squash on offer, ice cream followed the hot food and again, I was able to relax and watch. At the end of the party the party bags were handed out, each with a piece of cake wrapped in a napkin inside. I had ordered the party bags at rebound, I was given an option of 2 types of party bags, 1 was £2 per child with the basics and 1 was £2.50 with a little extra and a theme that matched the party room. When I thought about it I realised by the time I bought all individual sweets, toys, pencils ect, I probably spent more and was always left with extras too. I would have no hesitation in recommending rebound to anyone for a party, the staff are so helpful and take full control of the party. You can relax and enjoy watching your child and friends having a great time. I have to thank the staff for also going above and beyond to accommodate me and making it possible for me to be able to be a part of my son's party. Rebound also have an area for the little toddlers to play too while any older sibling is jumping around having fun. I will definitely be back again for his next birthday, I would also say that you couldn't find any where else that does what the staff at rebound do to make the day amazing. TL;DR -

the staff are above amazing with their energy, their inclusivity and their kindness. all of the superb bounce-kit is kept very clean, and they have a diverse choice of fun activities for all people, not just the kids! the pricing is VERY fair different sessions for different types of people as a card-holding carer, I was aloud on the kit with my child for free well worth a visit, but you must book first to avoid disappointment, it is a very popular business.

Long Version:

I need to ensure anyone reading this are aware of just how amazing this team is. It is with a huge smile that I would like to praise all of the amazing team for everything they’ve done for my child (6y/o AuDHD and sensory sensitive) and I on our visit (October ‘25) to the Ashby-De-La-Zouch branch to make us feel valued, special, and that they delivered a wonderful and personable experience; from the knowledgeable, kind and friendly front of house staff, to the fun, energetic and inclusive monitor staff on the inflatables - I didn’t manage to use the food facilities, however over-hearing how they spoke with other customers clearly shows they’re the right people with the right attitudes, delivering great experiences with the same energy as the rest of the team - a very hard thing in catering! I also opted to not use Rebound’s ‘Autism-Friendly’ session as my child enjoys higher energy activities - the Autism Friendly sessions reduce light, reduce number of people on the equipment, and stop the music to keep sensory overload to a minimum.

It’s clear the whole team here possess a real passion for what they do. Hard-working, friendly, knowledgable, inclusive, and importantly kind; I would have loved to shake every one of their hands and thank them personally for all their hard work and friendly energy they put into making our experience honestly one of the best my Son and I have ever had.

The facilities were clean and diverse, from the loos, to VR rooms and everything inbetween. Rebound has made a long-lasting impression The private Birthday function rooms, food court, fair sized and free parking,your staff are excellent, kept safe and clean, kind and friendly, fully inclusive, 11/10.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience here. Problems began as soon as we stepped onto the course, where the staff told us that the sweeper was not in operation, for some unknown reason. Next we noticed almost immediately that there was no music, which for an adults session that lasts an hour, it really needed it. Fair enough if they are having technical difficulties, but this should be made aware to customers before getting one because I personally would have asked for a refund there and then if we had known, but hey ho, we moved on. On the actual course itself, I personally don't think there is enough to do for the amount of money you pay. Some of the obstacles are also way to hard for children, it's hard to think it's open to families the rest of the time. There was also an attraction where you jump onto a crash mat balanced precariously on some inflatable posts. This to me is unsafe, as on one occasion the crash mat gave way and I ended up having to struggle out of the landing zone from underneath the crash mat, which to me felt very unsafe. There really should be a cover. The staff seemed like they weren't to bothered about giving us a good experience, which again is a shame for the price we paid. If there is one glimmer of good out of this experience, a member of our group complained via email and got us all some free vouchers to return again, however at this current time I am in no rush to get back.
