Can’t explain the shambles this is the second time we’ve ordered from here and the food has been ridiculously late and not even a sorry. Ordered at 530 didn’t arrive till 830 after ringing to see where the food was, not only that my kids nuggets where missing and when asked to send out another hour passed and I’m done waiting… disgraceful. Rude staff on the phone too.

However I have read reviews and seen the business replies. Your business has to have honest reviews and opinions for people to make the decision on whether or not to order from your business this review isn’t to tarnish that it’s a review on the service at hand. I would 100% recommend you for the food, it was tasty and delicious and despite being ridiculously late - warm never had an issue when nipping in for a lunch it’s always been tasteful. Firstly I would like to say the staff have always been brilliant, polite and nice. I'm normally very happy with the food BUT this time I was quite shocked at the portions. I asked for kabab meat (£5) in a tray and mixed meat in a tray (£7) the portion size was astonishing, there wasn't an option for large or small and the tray we got was no bigger then the size of my hand, food was not very warm either.

I'm leaving a review not to criticise but to make people aware, I've eaten mine and still quite hungry.

Broxtowe fish bar PLEASE offer options on portions size and please reconsider that SMALL tray option because that's more like something I'd give a child under 10 years old and the price was silly for that. Will be going elsewhere for kabab meat...

I used to come to this place to get food and also the manger I really don't know where to start but he is so rude to his staff In the back I heard him shouting at a poor lad for going to get the chips which they needed which I think is so unfair I went in there last night when he normally on he seemed a hard working chap I no longer know if he works there or not but don't get me start I would rather find a new chippy where the staff are kind to there customers and where there food is not greasy all I can say is that I will never be comeing back to this horrible place and they have lost a consumer for good ALSO I don't how people in wheelchairs can get food from this place as there no way of them to...
