Because they sell fake goods and then because you do the RIGHT thing in reporting them to trading standards they ban you from entering the store when you are merely trying to buy a drink for your children!! They will lose a fair amount of business as I went in EVERY day on school days to buy drinks and snacks for my children after school.
Not to mention that he refused to refund me for the fake goods even though he has an OBLIGATION to do so under consumer rights act 2015, trying to tell me that I need to contact the supplier!!! No I purchased it from this store and it was their obligation to refund me NOT for me to contact THEIR supplier whom he wouldnât divulge the information of anyway!!
As you will see the first five pictures are of the fake labubu which was purchased from this store followed by pictures which show the difference between a genuine labubu doll and a fake one!!
Note the fake one purchased also didnât come with the card to say which character you got!!!

All I returned for was to buy drinks Mountain Dew specifically like I did DAILY!!! When picking my children up from school and it was for my CHILDREN that I was coming in to purchase drinks for!!! So way to go on dehydrating my children on one of the hottest days during the heatwaves that we had by banning me for doing what was RIGHT by reporting you for selling fake goods because you were!! That doesnât mean I canât still purchase food or drinks!!

Your QR code scanner wouldn't work with my parcel and having me go backwards and forwards between your store and the post office 4 times because you couldn't decide what was needed to release the parcel to me was ridiculous.
First, you wanted a new barcode which the post office advised wasn't possible. Then you wouldn't accept their letter on royal mail headed paper telling you to give me the parcel. After that you wanted the post office to call/email you, but wouldn't provide me your phone number/ email address for them to do so?!? The number on google wouldn't ring through.
