Greggs — Restaurant in Nottingham

Worst Greggs arround... I've shopping at Greggs 14 years, last 6 arround Aspley, mostly breakfasts. All of them (Ilkeston Road, Nuthall Road, Bracebridge Dr.), clean and friendly, well serving but this one is below on any level ... Every single time something missing (we didn't this sandwich yet, at 9:48 !?), nasty staff but today was pandemonium: rather elderly lady serwing without gloves, telling me to " wait I need wash my hands", then argue with me that I can't get hot cheese and ham sandwich outside without warming (as I always do last 3 years or so), then asking manager on the back can I or can't I - with quee behind me waiting... Finally, still no gloves she made me bekki baguette and with smirking inform me there is no sausages (at 10:20 morning). When I expressed my disappointment on way out I heard behind my back "I can't understand what he said" (!). Yes, I'm Polish and with hard accent, but no one have any problems to communicate with me and comments like that are rather very low... Shame for Greggs they allowed points like that to carry they brand name, definitely...

Used to be a good store, now it's run by indifferent, ignorant staff. I stood watching my coffee get cold under the machine in an empty shop while one staff member disappeared and the other just floated about as if she had her mind on other things than the customer.
