Dreadful experience, avoid ordering via website for delivery! We placed an order via their website early this evening, received a call almost right away saying they'd ran out of fish but would give us chicken instead - all fine. Then we wait over an hour and still no food. We called the restaurant and they explained they had an issue with their driver, that they would reheat our food and it would be another 10 mins. We waited for just over 15 mins and tried to call again with no answer. We tried to request a refund via the website and they called the restaurant to only be told another 10 mins. Ordered £40 worth of food as a takeaway treat for my children. Food arrived dripping through the bag and courier said sorry all the food has leaked. It must be how it was packed. Open up the bag sauce has leaked, jerk pork lid open, curry mutton lid open. Not able to eat at all. Called the restaurant and was told by the lady she put the kids on properly. Well clearly not. Was offered not compensation or refund. I was told there is no driver so she can’t rectify it. Steam cabbage looked stale as did the pork. Looked like it had been just dash inna the bag with no care! Wasted out my money for what! First and LAST time...

Really clean place, staff were really lovely but my food wasn’t ready after being told to come at 6 so was waiting about 25mins which I thought was fine and just hoped it was worth the wait. Sadly our rice was very undercooked, watched our food going in the microwave and the chicken strips weren’t soft at all, if anything chewy. Was really looking forward to trying this place out after discovering it on just eat. The curried chicken & browned chicken was tasty but again the chicken wasn’t soft.
