Prima Pizza — Local services in Nottingham

We ordered a 14" Hot & Spicy Pizza this evening but that's not what we got. Whatever it was it was over cooked & had very little taste to it at all. The pizza was also slopped over to one side of the box.

This is the 2nd time this year this has happened. The first time we did ring Prima Pizza to let them know but the response was not very good.

Whoever I spoke to was very abrupt & argued that we ordered incorrectly though proof was in black & white via the ap. This time we haven't bothered to phone but wanted to let whoever runs the place be aware. The pizza went straight in the bin.

We decided to give Prima pizza one last go but will not be buying...

So disappointed this is the 2nd time they've have completely let us down 1st time delivered pizza a hour 15 min late and showed up with the wrong order. Tonight we ordered at 19.13 at 20.30 I rang to ask where our food was they said the driver is leaving in 10 min bearing in mind this had already been 1hour 15 min since booking then called again at 20.40 driver was leaving the shop at 20.50 he's on his way and at 9pm he arrives the shop is 5 min from our house not be ordering from them again the person who ansered these calls was rude and didn't even appologize acted like we was a...

Had many pizza from this place. Always made fresh to order, home made dough+ sauce and always a good helping of toppings. Diary requirements have always been met withought compromise. Very busy towards the end of the week (not suprised) so sometimes a bit of a longer wait. Food when deliverd has always been hot and tasty. Would recommend, I like the pizza sauce used, the cheese is a good mix of cheddar and mozerella and I really like the dough for the pizza base... You can tell its made and not bought.
