Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I have been a loyal customer, regularly placing orders almost every night around 11:30 PM. However, tonight I was shocked and disappointed when my order was repeatedly declined for no clear reason.

When I called the restaurant to inquire, the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable, especially towards a returning customer.

On several occasions in the past, I’ve received overly greasy fries, but I chose to overlook it and continue supporting the business. After tonight’s experience, I will no longer be placing any orders...

Waited 45mins(shaks is less than half mile from me) for a £9 mix sheesh,4 piece of chicken,a fair amount of lamb,hardly any salad & the naan was same size as slice if bread. My missis had doner & chips kebab at £7 but came to £18.90 not £17. Rang them,they told me to not eat my food & wait however long(no driver available) to be sent another. Absolute joke. Shocking service complete the order as delivered and it wasn’t had to call 2times to chase the food the woman on the phone was nasty and rude and tried using her children as an excuse for my food being late as a mother of 3 myself and also working in food this was totally inappropriate and she did nothing to resolve the situation, I’ve been a loyal and returning customer to shaks normally I collect and am known by name this is utterly disgusting service and a complete let down from...
