Kurry Express — Local services in Oldham

I hate bashing local businesses however we ordered food... the food was bad ... bearing in my mind I live a 5 to 7 minute walk from the establishment but due to me having a medical procedure I was unable to collect my meal... we waited about 55 minutes for the food ... the kebabs was minimal meat ... chips were like cardboard and freezing, so had to reheat the chips in the deep fat fryer. I ordered poppadoms and sauce which wasn't delivered...I rang and complained they was then delivered separately by a lovely delivery driver who apologised multiply times.... saying I'm so sorry ... I reassured the driver it wasn't his fault he had nothing to be sorry for it was down to whoever had packed...

Waited nearly an hour and 30 mins for my food, when it arrived let's just say It wasn't even fit to be fed to the dog, everything looked like it had been cooked on a volcano and was completely burnt, chips could be used as a leather weapon they were that hard and sharp, and the pizza I could have played freezbie with it was that hard, after ringing up and complaining I was told they would resend the order but I had to wait another 45mins I only assume so they could burn the lot again, no thanks mate ill get a cheese string out the fridge instead and the kids went to bed hungry, don't bother folks I've seen mcdonalds food in the bins round the back in better condition to...

Having not tried Kurry Express for a while, I gave it another chance last night, to be left dissatisfied again. We ordered 2 special kebabs. The cost was £24, so I assumed that we would be getting a decent portion of food, however this wasn't the case. The food took over an hour to arrive and was cold. They had not sent us the correct sauces and we were sent a single tray of salad to share between 2, especially frustrating after paying so much. The portions were tiny, 3 pieces of chicken on each kebab. The lamb was incredibly tough and tasteless. I would not recommend...
