Horton's Beach car park now includes the wonderful "Cart on the Coast" refreshment stop. A wide variet of hot drinks, gorgeous home-made pastries and cakes (gooey brownies recommended) and the most delicious Pasties. Not peppery like Cornish pasties but full of meaty flavour. I took one home and popped it in the fridge. It was as good the next day as it was when I first bought one. Everything is freshly cooked (you can tell by the pastry) and full of flavour. The tangy apple strudel is also worth a try. Whether you are enjoying the coastal path or just visiting the beach, this Cart is a must to stop at.
