Kebab Corner — Local services in Reading

Food is excellent but due to really poor customer service they are getting the worst rating for everything else. Which is disappointing really being a loyal customer of theirs for 6 years without next to no issues.

Placed an easy order on Just Eat app to have delivered of which they accepted the order and within 5 minutes they cancelled the order with the most ridiculous excuse going "no delivery drivers available" when the app stated delivery only "no collection" rang up the restaurant and spoken with the most unprofessional staff member, no apology and no response to their response on Just Eat.

Knowing the family that own this business has shown they don't value loyal customers that keep their business running daily and today was tip of the icing to where I do not recommend...

I have ordered stuff at 23:30 for ASAP so for 00:15 ''restaurant'' added extra time so they suppose to deliver at 00:50 but I was too hungry to cancel the order at 01:00 I had to call them if they are lost or need extra directions they said that the driver is just leaving so hell be here 5-7min.... Finally 01:15 I got my food thankfully still hot but the lamb was not well done and chicken was burned salad consisting of just lettuce and fresh onions nothing else ... Unfortunately me and my partner have just one toilet in our flat so it is kind of tricky when you get diarrhoea at...

FOOD NEVER CAME!! ordered at 12am, was supposed to be delivered by 1:10am to 1:30am. Cant see our house number in the dark so i went out side to wait at 1:05am. By 1:35am nothing, so i called and they said it was on the way. By 1:55am - 5 minutes before they close - nothing still so i called and they said the system said delivered and it wasnt their problem. Was stood out in cold and rain for an hour, only to be rudely told its not their issue and they wont give me a refund for the food i never recieved. not the first time this has...
