This nursing is an absolute joke my father in law Martin Burke past away few days ago and even tho I gave my number and my girlfriend number as we not down as next of kin and explaining not all family members get along so as well as contact next of kin if any change in health two contact my self or his daughter Claire not only was we not contacted two say hes has past away when his health got worse and was givin days two live we was not contacted so we could come and say are goodbyes his daughter my girlfriend never got two say goodbye two her own father that is outrageous and very poor professionalism from the staff I rang up two ask about his belongings and why we was not informed of his passing and had the phone put down on me absolutely disgusting behaviour from a...

My father was severely disabled from a major stroke and couldn’t move but was able to speak. He wasn’t cared got at all in this care home

The list of neglect with my dad is huge regarding nursing and social some of the worst being that he developed grade 3 bed sore which we didn’t know about until he went into hospital from staff not turning him. Constantly ignored and left in his room often in same clothing for days. Catheter bag never changed, mouthcare was non existent, never suctioned his mouth even though he had liquid on the lungs. nurses and staff with complete lack of empathy and care

Horrible place. Please do not send loved ones here. I was here for a little time after a serious accident. Where I was recovering from a broken pelvis, tibia and fibula break, etc etc. I was barely able to stand let alone walk any distance... I was pretty much left to rot. I was on oramorph, which is a controlled pain relief, I had to suffer in agony for 3 hours before they came and gave me some pain relief!

Also this is a large residential place, and there was only one choice in meal. If you didn't like what was on offer they gave you dry stale sandwiches. Please if you love your loved ones...
