I visited Pippatopia for the first time with my 3 year old daughter and her friends for a play date. I found the atmosphere to be welcoming and clean. The role play area had a great variety but I would have liked my little one to have had more time to explore and enjoy. We were lucky enough to be able to experience the Zumbinie class as apart of our booking. Even though my little one was overwhelmed with it being quite a loud and interactive session,I found it was a nice way to bond with her. The session was 45 minutes long with the option to leave earlier if we wanted, followed by 45 minutes play in the role play. I feel that I would have preferred more time in the role play area as I felt this was rushed due to us having to having to order lunch during a busy period, eat it as well as the children play all within the 45 minute slot. We were told we had to finish our lunch as the staff needed to close to clean up and set up for the next session. This is understandable, but I feel that we were being carted out and our plates being picked up before our kids even had a chance to finish was off putting. Children require time to eat and I feel this needs to be taking into consideration in the times given and general times between bookings. I also found the portion sizes in the kids meals to be very small. Overall I would visit again but to be able to spend the time in the role play area and not do the class if times are...
Read moreI cannot fault the baby sensory and soft play overall. I will absolutely be coming back as my daughter loved it. The time limit of being 90minutes is more than enough for any child. The only downside is you must order your food within the first 30 minutes. It’s an absolute rush to the counter and the seating area isn’t huge so you’re standing very close to people.
The staff just seemed so rush which I understand they probably prefer as when the next session happens they have the time to wash and clean. I honestly understand why.
I will state the soft play is great, staff were very polite and my daughter slept like a dream after. The decoration, the toys even the seating was just so clean.
The toilets 10/10 so clean!! They have spare nappies and wipes encase you’ve forgotten your own. It’s was a Halloween ghost theme there and honestly was just an amazing experience for my daughter. For the price you pay to enter it makes me look away about the 30minute rule. Don’t be disappointed at the time just know before you enter.
I will be coming again, I have given 5 stars because the food isn’t enough to moan about. That’s the 1% to giving the experience 9/10. Well done to all the staff and chef doing a great job in little time. I enjoyed the chef interacting with my daughter.

Read moreHad a first visit for a birthday party, and I can say I wont be vising for myself, nor would i recommend for a party.
Good things are its pretty, bigger than it looks, and clean. Also had a tiny area for infants at the very front.
What I didnt appreciate, is your party (30min) is taken out of session time. So kids only get 1h play time which flew by so quick, kids didnt feel like they played where they wanted and we ended up taking kids to another place for further playtime.
In the 30min of the party, every minute counts because "thats what you booked" however they forget to bring cutlery, no tissues, give 0 care or organization, take food plates that not finished. And all things we have to chase because they forget, its taken out of out time. But while kids eating cake few minutes later, we have to tidy up to leave, so slower eaters dont get to finish their cake. We had to rush kids to eat faster which made it stressful.
Adults have no seats, just awkwardly stand around kids. Elderly or less able to stand, you have to chase them to ask for seats.
Highly disorganised and greedy. Thats how it looks to me and I do not recommend...
