Cost £8 for a 4 year old during off-peak school hours, entry only. Very quiet, probably because just up the road Lollipop Land is £4 including juice and biscuits or Wee Play House is £3 entry only. Their carpark and path up to the door was also covered in glass - not ideal for anywhere let alone when it's highly likely little kids will trip and end up hurt by it/pick it up without realising. There were no prices on their coffee menu board, most likely because if anyone realised a large latte was going to be nearly £5 they would never order one. The kids enjoyed themselves, but much better value options nearby for littler ones during the school day.

We had our daughters 4th birthday party here and it was brilliant! The staff were amazing, they organised a last minute mascot for us, and Elsa was brilliant, interacts with kids, has pictures and dances with the kids, the party room is spacious, food was good and served quickly, can't give them enough praise, place was clean and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Would recommend to anyone needing a party.

Had my daughters 2nd party here today and it was amazing 🥰 the staff couldn't do enough for us and went above and beyond especially for one of the kids who had allergies. Rebecca was outstanding 🥰 thanks for having us

Be aware if you leave a party review you get a free mascot so please consider this when checking reviews. Booked a kids party - be it was impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or reply to an email so had to book this in person. The entrance and car park for the complex was covered in smashed glass and rubbish so looks really neglected, so should have taken that as a sign. Party host was basically none existent, asked female manager at front desk with blonde hair several times what time we would have food in the party room and she said party host would see us but she never did until a tannoy to go through which was impossible to hear. Party host then literally did nothing except an extremely poor attempt to get them to do the cha cha slide. When it came to cake time she had the birthday girl and all kids ready but before she's even thought about how to light the candles. Ice cream arrived when kids had hardly started their meals despite asking twice to check with me when to bring it so most of the food was left untouched. The mascot was extremely poor, has a resemblance but looks cheap. You get a much better birthday party experience and value for money at Lollipop Land with friendly staff and a safe carpark so will use them...

Terrible staff, service awful… ordered burger, cashier ran it up as a cheese burger said to her and the attitude was terrible. Sorry for spending almost £10 on kids burger and kids nuggets. Food came with no juice or toy. We sorted that not like it was busy staff literally standing talking to other staff and looking like there in a daze! Gave me a white bucket to pick a toy her words were we only have this rubbish! Sat down to find that I had a cheese burger with no chips. Really couldn’t make this up! Went over and again felt I was an inconvenience- manager/ owner came over after I asked for him and he says I’m rude as I called his staff incompetent- which I’m my opinion after 6 simple mistakes feel is a valid assessment. Was asked to leave as the manager had no conflict training. Staff need training which I put at the feet of the manager/owner. Maybe if he was on floor rather than hiding in the back he might be able to control his team better. Service 0 stars, food 0 stars, staff 0 stars overall avoid, wish I had seen the reviews on this site about poor service before visiting - only saving grace I got all my...
