Ocean Fry — Local services in Sefton

We was regulars here and tend to spend a minimal of £30 sometimes more however this time was the last straw. Advertising a fish dinner online and as we all know a dinner consists of fish, chips a sauce and peas. It was just fish and chips. The fish itself tasted dry and rubbery and the chips were even worse. Salt and pepper wings was burnt so we had 3 and left it. Everything has gone in the bin the fried rice had such an unusual texture and dryness to it. Safe to say we won't be coming back here again which is unfortunate because it was nice at one point. I always order from this place and leave at least £30 or over every time I order The worst place you can ever order from they are dirty and unhygienic I ordered for £51 the food was 20minutes late everything we ordered was cold the garlic mayo wasn’t tasting the same the donner kebab was rubbery chips were stail turns out I gotten food poising my stomach hasn’t been well the past 4 days constantly vomiting keep having to go the toilet I tried explain they said it’s stomach bugs that’s been going around didn’t give me no refund that was the last time I ordered from there...

We got chips and curry and chips and bbq sauce and the chips were undercooked, some were raw potato. My partner took them back to the shop to be told he could only have half a portion of new chips or half a refund because they had been eaten? The lady who works there spoke to my partner like dirt. The new half a portion of chips we got were still raw, in fact worse 😠 never again will we go there. It only takes a bit of politeness. Never come across a more rude person.
