Listen if you wanted all the things you ordered and paid for then you should of gone somewhere else. It's KFC. Be thankful for what you get.

Updated review. June 2024. I'm adding this from 2 years after I last visited Food was cold and they missed out a whole meal.(5 meals) I wouldn't of bothered coming back but my Daughter requested it for her 10th Birthday lunch with her friend. And boy did you guys disappoint us yet again. Yeah we should check, yeah we should take out 5 meals from the bag, get a member of staff to inspect each f..... item we ordered from the f.... receipt we never f.... got from the self service f..... till. Yeah we should hold other customers up from their order. Oh! There weren't any other f..... customers.

I can't think of an excuse for you.

It can't be random. Imagine how many orders, how much food is missed. How much money you make off of robbing customers, imagine. It will a cold and sorry day in hell if I EVER come back here. Fuming.

Yeah KFC is tasty but it's a f..... lottery at KFC Litherland.

I'd say more but I'd have to dig deep to not feel worse than I do for this place.

Hey it's only food. That I paid for and never got. Enjoy it.

This is a response to the reply I got from the Owner.

Don't bother. According to other reviews these are the possible outcomes I could have had.

If I had checked before I left.

The server would of shouted 'i know what I packed' and I wouldn't have had a receipt.

If I'd gone through the drive in.

I'd still have items missing and cold food. And if I check I'd be shouted at and told to "clear the drive through'

If I'd ordered on Just Eat.

I'd have items missing and you'd blame the driver. (How dare you).

It I'd eaten inside.

I'd have to be over 15. I'd have to be over 18. I'd still have items missing and even if I show you what I'd ordered, you'd be rude and finally give me what I paid for begrudgingly.

You have a problem at this branch and your reply is proof that you don't care. Money still comes in eh? You have, had and are still stealing people's money through incomplete food orders and it's been going on for years.

Your response is as lacking as your service.

Today at 4.50 pm I entered into kfc liverpool- Litherland with my elderly disabled grandmother. We went to the counter and stood waiting to place an order for a special treat to celebrate good news - a rare ocurance for my grandmother who struggles with walking. There were 6 staff members stood around and not one of them said hello or acknowledged us except to ask if an order was ours five minutes in. I informed her we were waiting to order to which she frowned and replied "oh OK " and turned her back on us. My poor grandmother has bad legs and was in pain. If they had said hi and explained that they had a wait time it wouldn't have been a big issue because she could have sat down to relieve some of her pain. Instead we were made to feel like a massive inconvenience when after 10 minutes awaiting to be served we asked to speak to a manager. The manager was so rude and snapped at my grandmother that there was no staff in and that she would talk to the staff but instead just left and walked away in the opposite direction mumbling under her breath.

She made us feel like we were in the wrong for expressing our concerns.

After almost 20 minutes we finally placed our order and when it was ready the staff member practically threw it at me. I would say it's the worst customer service I have ever witnessed but it couldn't even be classed as customer service. My experience of this restaurant tonight was nothing less than disgusting. I would not recommend ever visiting here unless you want to feel belittled and left in pain and hungry for 20 minutes without even so much as an apology...

Unfortunately I've made the decision to write a review about this KFC. So most of the time I've ordered a delivery from here, the food has been freezing cold or missing items. When I've been in store for my last visit there, the delivery drivers for just eat and Uber take up all of the seating area, making it hard for customers to find a seat. In addition to this the staff members speak to each other and the delivery drivers with no respect at all, I was eating my food and a staff member of kfc was having a go at a delivery driver, have some respect will you, I was shocked as I work in fast food myself for the past 5 years and it was awful. The state of the customer area was disgusting aswell the tables hadn't been cleaned, and the bin was over flowing with rubbish, considering it is a relatively small dining area compared to where I work it wouldn't take long to empty the bins and clean the tables. I'm surprised health and safety hasn't shut this place down. My order was also missing items in store, which I had to get up and ask for again and my drink was meant to have no ice in, had ice in it. Now I've ordered to day at 2.55pm and currently waiting for my food at 3.45, that's nearly waiting 2 hours for food. I've tried calling the restaurant multiple times to not complain but to simply ask if they could ensure the food is fresh when it leaves the store. However I've had no phone...
