Benitos — Local services in Sheffield

I’ve been coming to this takeaway for years to be treat by a female member of staff like rubbish and told by the owner that she’s his best staff and even if 80 percent of his customers left he still wouldn’t sack her. She kept missing things off my order never have an issue when other staff are on just that one person and when I mentioned it her attitude was so what?! What you expect me to do about it! I’ve never had no issues with anyone else working there but it seams to me like the girl who thinks it’s quite alright to treat people like that is allowed to abuse her job role and get away with it. If she can do it to me she will do it to anyone and still keep her job I’ve lost all faith and trust in that place. I won’t be giving them another penny! Even though my food was cold and it took a hour and 10 mins to deliver and can understand with it been week end and busy time as I delivered for a takeaway my self I must admit that the benitos special burger was very tasty even though it was cold . I did call the shop straight away to explain my food was cold and they was going to send fresh wich was good of them but I refused and was still happy to eat my food just wanted to give them a heads up as some people can be more fusy then me . Allso they apologised and giving me a complimentry sides of drink free next time I order All in all food nice But still carnt beat their famous BBQ ribs what I normally always order . Burger was...

A regular customer as food is of good quality and nice but for some reason they have changed their coleslaw which didn't need changing!! Their new coleslaw is absolutely disgusting and went straight in the bin! I really hope this is a one off and that they aren't starting to cut corners to save on money etc. I did call the shop to explain that their new coleslaw was very bin worthy. Would have loved you to have explained that the coleslaw was different from usual when the order was made.

Apart from the above I normally love your food.
