If you care about your family members you will keep them as far from this “care home” as possible. My nan cannot walk as she has lost usage of her legs. My family has requested that she is aided with getting out of bed so she can not only socialise with the other residents but not be stuck looking at 4 walls. This request has been routinely ignored and almost every visit my Nan has been in tears because she’s been stuck in a bed for 6 months now. It’s cruel and her hygiene has deteriorated vastly due to staffs lack of care for the residents.
