Big Fish — Local services in South Tyneside

Ordered a large donna kebab, and asked if they could wrap the chips separate. I was rudely told by the manager that they could not do this. I don't understand why they would make a drama out of such a small thing. She even refused to give me my money back, when I cancelled the order. As she insisted on giving me a lecture before she handed it over. Rude, condescending, arrogant and no awareness when it comes to customer service. As a regular customer that lives locally, I won't be ordering from here again. P.S Our street has a neighbourhood WhatsApp group, I have just shared my bad experience with the entire group. STAY AWAY! RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, TERRIBLE...

A class act that's got great offers and they know their stuff... we ordered a variety off the menu and no complaints off anyone, portion sizes were spot on, and chips were lovely. Staff totally overwhelmed with it being opening day, but they knuckled down, and everyone got their food, maybe a little later than expected, but we all got fed. Great variety and can't wait to work my way...

This would have been a 5star all round but was rather disappointed with last nights food almost £9 for a mixed kabab (large) and ammontvof meat poor andcsalad was just raw white and red cabbage a slice of cucumber and slice of tomato.also hottest part of chilli was the temprature never had hot to touch chilli before . Hopefully, this is a one off and not a costcut to cover your 2 4 1...
