Frydays Fish And Chips — Local services in Stoke-on-Trent

Only bought a portion of chips and still had to wait 10-15 mins for them. Opened the bag when I got home to find that almost all "chips" were as thin as crisps and hard as concrete. This has now been 3 times in a row, going here, where the food was basically inedible. Sausages, fishcakes etc, swimming in pools of grease. Doner meat burnt and rock solid... Even the portion sizes have halved. Though, to be honest, with this level of quality, it could be considered a relief. All very disappointing because the food used to be good, the portion sizes were great and the prices brilliant as well. What a complete turn around. Will be looking for somewhere new,...

Absolutely disgusting! Ordered chips and donner meat. The donner meat smelt like wet dog vile and was rock hard and burnt. One side of the box was that full of grease called back to tell them and the response was ‘The meat is cooked perfect!’ Massive language barrier or just completely rude!

First time order ,crispy breadcrumb fish ,chips,large sausage sweet chilli ,well wrapped neatly, fish was pure white with crispy breadcrumbs,absolutely beautiful meal ,I will back next week or sooner delivered by a nice young man too.This place is ideal for us older folk who need delivery.Top marks for food...
