Neelam valley Kebab house — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

Unfortunately this is the second time this week that we have had to complain about stuff.... we have ordered from here for years and never a problem ... but this week has been rubbish... Monday tea came and it was horrible.... keema nan is there biggest down fall. Never enough in it even if you pay for extra.. we had omelette aswell this time they were dry and tasted rubbish... Tonight's was the keema again... don't get me wrong they did bring another one out 35 mins later which tea was eaten by then... They need to up there game again as we have always spent loads of money with them but it's going down bank.... if the main boss man could reply to this then that would be great to...

AVOID AVOID AVOID I can't believe I've had to write this as we've been ordering from here for over 12 months without issue. Tonight we ordered a Family Special box which is meant to come with all meats. It's arrived with chicken, donner and chips. We ordered extra things so the total was £29 but the guy didn't have change so owes me £1. When I've called to complain I was told that the order was correct and all items were on there. I was then accused of eating the missing items! To warrent then claiming for more! Ive never heard anything like it! It's as if the place has been taken over by new horrible people. Very annoyed and disappointed as we've always enjoyed...

Just had a pizza deal 2x9 inch with chips and drink, used this pkzce regular but totally disgusting tonight, pizza base raw so topping all slid off and mixed up by time it arrived, added on order for stuffed crust, paid extra but was only stuffed with fresh air. Other one ordered garlic base, again paid extra as husband doesn't like tomato base, but tomato sauce all over it and base not cooked but not as raw as mine, chips with onions, agsin paid extra were OK. Altogether £18...
