I would actually be scoring a minus 10 if it was a choice. The staff are rude to say the least. No ppe worn to protect customers and they are not the best presented staff, walking round in flip flops ect. I struggle to understand how these horrible people continue to trade. Best oatcakes around. Staff all miserable and grumpy, apart from the young blonde lady. Its must be a pain though mingling with the commoners, and putting up with the dregs of bentilee all day.
