Can't tell you how disappointed and let down I am with Little Street. Been here once before and daughter had a good time so thought it would be a good treat to go for her birthday. Unfortunately roads were closed all over the place and we were looking at a 90min journey. Anyone who has toddlers will know how difficult it is trying to keep them entertained in a stationery car stuck in congestion, so we thought it's best we head back with the promise to my daughter that we'll reschedule little street. To my surprise when I contacted them asking them to transfer my tickets to another slot they refused, stating their 24hr cancellation policy (which has NO EXCEPTIONS) and as they were unable to re-sell my ticket they wouldn't transfer it.
Firstly, when I booked my ticket 3 hours prior to the session starting, there were over 20 tickets available for that slot (out of max.28 I think), so unless a miracle happened in those 3 hours, I hardly doubt I was taking up the spot of someone else.
Regardless of that though, it just seems really strange that you would risk a customer relationship for the sake of upholding policies that benefit no one. The £17 I lost today is not going to harm me financially and it's not going to harm your company either, so to risk loosing a customer over it seems very strange. Especially when I'm not even asking for a refund - just to transfer to another day!!
This review is really a heads up to other parents first and foremost - if you think there's going to be ANY risk of something preventing you from attending (I don't know say an unforeseen road closure, earthquake, tsunami, someone stealing your car in the morning, trains on strike etc. etc.) avoid booking your tickets here as their no exception and robotic cancellation policy won't really care for your reasons.
And then secondly it's for the management team. Come on, be a bit more human and treat your customers as people rather than money...

Got there and was greeted by a very abrupt member of stuff who told us our name wasn't on the list and we'd booked for the 20th, (I'm absolutely certain we did not). I asked if we could switch to today and was told 'no fully booked'. The centre behind did not look in anyway busy and the car park was empty and on a paper list of 20 spaces in front of us, 13 were named. Asked for a refund and was told abruptly 'no we don't do those, all you can have is a credit note'. Considering we dont live in the area and were just down visiting relatives this was of no use. We were then left standing waiting whilst said member of staff was typing on computer until I asked, is that it to which we were told 'yes you can go.' Why leave us standing there for 5 minutes? I later had an email telling me the manual credit I had been issued with could be used another day. We were not issued with a credit. Read moreI just wanted to say how amazing the ladies were on Saturday for Oliver’s birthday. From the word go they were there like angels greeting us with a warm, friendly and super accommodating welcome. They literally had everything in hand and I, for the first time ever, was able to enjoy my sons party. I didn’t expect any of this 1st class service just because normally you have to do it all at a Childrens party but the ladies made everything so calm, professional and enjoyable. They couldn’t have done enough to make sure it went smoothly. They even beautifully cut up the cake and wrapped/labelled it. Just so lovely.
Everyone who attended the party had the best time and all commented how wonderful the service and venue was and also how chilled.
