Ordered 2 meals on a Tuesday night at 7.30pm. Phoned regarding delivery of order at 8.40pm and they said it'll be delivered in 10 minutes. We rang back at 9.05pm as order still hadn't arrived and at 9.20pm they rang us asking what number we lived at. Food was delivered at 9.30pm. After waiting 2 hours for food on a Tuesday night, the bag was swimming in grease, the food was squashed and both of the orders were wrong and cold. I wanted to ring to confront the takeaway but my wife couldn't be bothered with the hassle after waiting 2 hours. I wouldn't recommend this takeaway, hardly peak time when we ordered considering the time it took to be delivered, the order was wrong and cold. First time weve ordered from Jafrin and it will...

very very disappointed... yet again. upon opening a kebab that i ordered, i don't know if someone put out a cigarette on it, because i couldn't tell if i took a bite out of a ash trey or the actual food. as well as encountering a hair that was found within the chips, my partner also has under cooked naan bread as well as a little stone like surprise in the doner meat. a previous time upon having food at Jafrin, ive has to send food back as well as going as far as to microwaving the food. the only thing going for this place is the chips (without hair) as well as the onion bhaji's. Regular customer always been lovely delicious food up until 2 weeks ago when we recieved awful soggy kebabs with hardly no chicken! Phoned up promised us the same free meal next time.. Then argued we can only have half the meal free even though they was going to send fresh kebabs out that same night! Kebabs turned up really nice.. Now tonight ordered korma sauce and recieved some bland tasteless sauce (see pic) and the kebabs back to being awful thin soggy pieces of chicken - that's after waiting over an hour for it to be delivered! .. Won't be ordering again not...
