Crownpoint Shopping Park — Local services in Tameside

Had a lovely day shopping and eating at Crown Point but it was sadly ruined by a £60 parking fine in the post. It was my first time visiting, just before Christmas, and I didn’t realise there was a 4 hour limit. We spent 4 hours and 20 minutes on site, we visited every shop, did our weekly Aldi food shop and we also ate at the Creperie Co. I spent over £100. I asked what is a customer supposed to do if they want to leisurely shop and have a meal on site but didn’t receive a response. I was told “Please ensure that you comply with Terms and Conditions on future visits to the site.” I can guarantee there will be no future visits to the site. There is an ok range of shops between beauty, clothing, home ware and small selection of food and drink establishments. This place gets extremely busy! The car park is big enough and free to use but there will always be a car giving you no space. Very limited on child and parent/disabled spaces and as the car park is not manned, anybody will park in these spaces too. One stop shop! With an independent coffee shop The Creperie co near the motorway bridge serving Fresh bagels amazing coffee crepes waffles and a wide range of desserts perfect whilst shopping!
