Had a lovely day shopping and eating at Crown Point but it was sadly ruined by a Ā£60 parking fine in the post. It was my first time visiting, just before Christmas, and I didnāt realise there was a 4 hour limit. We spent 4 hours and 20 minutes on site, we visited every shop, did our weekly Aldi food shop and we also ate at the Creperie Co. I spent over Ā£100. I asked what is a customer supposed to do if they want to leisurely shop and have a meal on site but didnāt receive a response. I was told āPlease ensure that you comply with Terms and Conditions on future visits to the site.ā I can guarantee there will be no future visits to the site.
