Well, let me start off by saying that I STRONGLY suggest you read the reviews - more so the replies from the owners - before visiting this place. Because it speaks volumes about the place. I would whole heartedly suggest doing a quick Google search of play centres around the area and pick one of them.
Three floors worth of play area is very, very misleading. In fact the entire website is to be honest. Yes, they've got three floors. But how they can justify a rope bridge leading to a tube slide (which is advertised as the drop slide - it's not) and only one other small area (unknown what it contains as I can't see through the banner) as a third floor worth of activities is beyond me...
As for the width of the play area... Put it this way. The building is a small warehouse separated width way into segments of A, B, C, D, E and F. Excluding the mats at the bottom of the slide where the children exit. The main play area (Over 4s) covers only A and B and only just!!! Under 4s is even less impressive.
£5.50 for under 1s for the littlest play area with only a couple of activities to do is categorically scandalous!
Food is shambolic. Rubber like eggs and toast that tastes like anything but toast.
Toilet doors don't close properly due to foam stopping it. Any weirdo can look in.
Again their entire website is very misleading to be honest.
It would appear that the 5 star reviews and the likes are for the parties. Can't comment on that. Those who go for the two hours seem to be the ones who leave the bad reviews. It's easy to see why.
I fully expect to get some sarcastic/rude response and one that dismisses most, if not all I've said, from the owner. But honestly I couldn't care lol. Please, prove my point further 😀. As soon as I hit send on this review the experience is finished and the experience will quickly perish from my memory.
Lastly I will say with great confidence that they'd be bigger play centres in Coventry. 100% the surrounding areas like Nuneaton.
Edit to your reply:
Ah yes. Perished. Thank you for rectifying that simple mistake I missed, grammar police. I'm glad to see you prioritise trying (and failing) to get one over on unsatisfied customers, rather than taking the criticism as constructive.
A mere suggestion. If you actually used the time that you use to cry over the criticism you receive, then you might just be able to improve the image of your company.
But hey. Cry babies are gonna cry. 🤷♂️
A further edit to your edited response:
I'm not interested in your thoughts, to be honest. I've made mine clear. Seems loads of other reviews agree with me too 🤷♂️.
Your first response, on a public website no less. Where many other customers/potential customer can see what is said between yourself and customers and you act like babies. I dread to think what emailing you complaints would be like. 😂
I've experienced what you had to offer and it was poor in comparison to every other play centre I've been too. Disagree if you wish. Makes no difference to me
Either way... 'opinions'... 'facts'... the experience is done. My replies stop here too.
I truly do encourage anyone and everyone reading reviews first to look elsewhere for a better experience. Funnily enough We're at a different play centre now. All's good here....

Both The Worst Soft play I have ever visited AND the most expensive!
Stopped on a road trip to let my 8mo burn off some energy, was shocked to be charged £8.45!!!
Most of the places we've been to are free for under ones, especially with a paying adult. Plus was told 2 hour time limit.
I had to change his nappy and expected a changing room would be provided but no, just a fold down table in the toilet. You would think a business whose customer base is primarily families with young children would offer better changing facilities than the average supermarket!
The "under 1's area was pitiful! There was also an area for under 4's but not ideal for pre walkers and both areas had older kids running and jumping around so my little one couldn't really play safely.
I tried putting him in one of the little cars but the steering wheel had been snapped off.
I spoke to a member of staff who said she would clear the older kids out but apparently this was futile as parents don't supervise their kids and the rules are obviously not enforced.
Had a black coffee as there were no dairy free options (which tasted like instant coffee!), no healthy snack options for little one either!
We were ready to leave well before our 2 hours were up!
The only positive thing I can say is that I'm happy I'll never have to go back there!
Edit to address response:
"We have to ask ourselves, what is it that you think an 8 month old baby does at a soft play centre?"
That is an interesting question! Especially from a company that was happy to charge me £8.45 to bring my 8mo into a soft play centre.... perhaps you should have asked me that question before you took my money.
If you don't feel able to provide adequate entertainment for an 8mo, you should review your pricing policy.
I could list some of the activities he enjoys at other soft plays but I would urge you to do your own research.
You suggest I could use the under 4's area which was dominated by the car track which you then, somewhat patronisingly, advise against using.
As the slide would be tricky to use, I guess that would leave me to manoeuvre myself and baby through the small opening to play in a dark crawl space.
"Addressing your issue with a pull down changing table would be futile as I really don't know what else you would be expecting?"
As I said, I was expecting a changing room in a family orientated business rather than having to change baby in a busy toilet.
With regard to the lack of healthy snacks, I only noticed there weren't any because it was advertised on the website. Like many parents in 2023, I don't use "baby food" but do come prepared with our own snacks. My little one occasionally enjoys a fruit pouch or finger foods for 6m+ when they are available.
I have retracted my comment about the cleanliness, since it is unfair to base it on a feeling rather than specific examples, I agree.
I wasn't having a bad day before I arrived and am not usually quick to leave bad reviews.... my expectations were very high because of the high prices, which lead to great disappointment which prompted me to leave this review.
Had I been charged just the adult entry fee, I wouldn't have felt compelled to write a...
Read moreNot visited for a while, used to go to the toddler sessions, but decided to give it a try again today. Queuing out the door to get in, but having promised soft play to my 2 year old we waited, as did most people there. People waiting crammed in doorway, no social distancing at all as no space. 30 mins later we finally got in. £8.95 (2.95 for the adult) for a two year old to play and 1 adult to accompany her is expensive compared to other play areas in the area. (£4 play area in town and no charge for adults, £4.95 at Bermuda and again no charge for adults) When asked what I get for my 2.95 I was told ‘getting to see my child play’ and that it had been difficult for them with the pandemic so this charge was to help keep them open! The lady on reception had very little in the way of customer service skills, not even a smile or a ‘thanks for waiting’. After about 20 minutes playing a lady shouted at me for going in the play frame with my 2 year old. When I challenged it she could not rationalise or explain why this is, just that it’s their policy and adults don’t pay to use the play frame. After a discussion with her and pointing out that this wasn’t mentioned when I paid to come in, I asked for a refund. This was given to me but the manager ( and apparently the owner) lacked any customer service skills and as I was waiting for my refund I heard her challenging a lady whose child was drinking from their own water bottle on their way out as it hadn’t been purchased on the premises! No ability to pre book online, over crowded and queuing outside to wait to get in is not a great experience at all, especially with young children. Go to the other soft plays near by - cheaper, better organised, much better customer service and more family friendly. Visiting with young children often means getting involved in play with them and this is the only soft play I have ever encountered where adults are not allowed on the play...
