Great if you're experienced or you're there for the soft play, but it's definitely not for first timers. Management and the workers' customer service isn't good either and the food is majorly overpriced. I work at a skating rink myself and spotted many health and safety risks. Decided to come here for a change as the other was fully booked. We just wanted to bring my 6 year old brother for his first time, so obviously we were helping him around the rink. We were told you're not allowed to be on the rink without skates at risk of toes being run over, which I can understand, but the manager walked over with none on himself? You have to set an example and follow your own rules. He forgot his own rules when being asked too. Furthermore, when helping him with our own skates on, we were at more risk of falling over. Instead of stable feet on the ground, we both fell over hurting ourselves. Luckily it wasn't too bad, but as a worker at a rink myself, they easily could have had two heads cracked open. Why have a rule that puts you in more danger than necessary? I seriously hope after today they reconsider their health and safety regulations and bring it up to HR. At the end of the day, safety comes first. They didn't even have these said rules anywhere in sight - not the website, not as you come in, and not on any signs. It does however say children under 12 must be supervised by an adult, yet we were told to leave the rink. We unfortunately won't be coming again. If you want your child to learn to skate for the first time you're better off elsewhere so you can help them out without so many risks to...

We love that this venue has a huge play area suitable for our children (ranging from 2 to 12) and it also has a skating ring too. We have been a couple of times in the past few weeks, as its something fun for them to do and we do enjoy coming. The kids have throughly enjoyed themselves and we find the facilities great.

I have given 3 stars because unfortunately each time we have been a few staff members have been rude. The first time was to my daughter, who is only 12, who was using the skate hire for the first time ever that day. However, after her skate session another member of staff was extremely kind to her. The second time was when we were waiting to order drinks and were ignored whilst i stood there and members of staff stood behind the counter chatting to one and other until the decided they would serve me. When they did serve me they were very abrupt and my middle child noticed the way they spoke too. I am understanding of many things but I find it difficult to understand how staff working in an area aimed for children feel it appropriate to be rude to them or rude in front of them.

This venue is good overall and the facilities are great, they look clean were in good condition and spacious. But, the way that some of the staff speak or behave to the customers and also the excessive wait for food needs addressing. There is nothing like this near us locally that fits our family well. But we don't want to pay to have our experience marred by...

We visited for the first time yesterday, and unfortunately, we were disappointed. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the children had fun.

We had a 10 AM booking, but we had to queue outside in the pouring rain for 15 minutes while my son urgently needed to use the toilet. A staff member was outside checking bookings, claiming it would speed up entry, but it didn’t make any difference. We still had to show our booking at the door and wait. It saved no time at all.

We were fortunate to get a table, but there didn’t seem to be enough seating for all the families. The queues for food and drinks were long, and the coffee was mediocre. We had traveled an hour to visit because my daughter, on her 7th birthday, was excited to use the drop slide. Unfortunately, the slide never opened during the entire time we were there (from 10:15 AM to 12 PM).

There was a lack of supervision for the children. While this is not necessarily the business's responsibility, staff should have stepped in to ensure that parents and carers were taking responsibility for their children. There were children running up the slide, causing accidents, and groups of children sitting and chatting for long periods in the play area, blocking younger children from getting through and making them feel intimidated.

The environment felt overcrowded and chaotic, even for a soft play centre. The staff seemed uninterested and...

Very impressed, its huge with plenty to do ! There's 3 different sections on the soft play: under 2's 2years - 5years 5years plus Plenty to keep all the kids busy, ball canons, huge slides, little tiny slides, nets, ramps, steps, tunnels. There's plenty of tables to sit on and order food (table service). I thought the food and drink selection was decent and not awfully priced ! I'll definitely be going again as I felt it was a fair price for a 3 hour session and it'll felt it was very clean and well run, the staff where friendly and very helpful with a pleasant smile :-). We arrived at 10am and it wasn't busy at all, it got busier as we was leaving 12pm -1pm There's also an area for roller staking which looked rather good with music and lighting effects, u can take your own skates or hire then.

It was the 4th week of the six weeks holiday this August 2025 and I thought I could drop my two off and go shopping but you can not leave 12 year olds unattended. I said they can call if there is a problem. They said no I then had to pay for myself and daughter to go in and sit there as you can not see what they are doing in there. I thought it was unfair to pay to go in and sit there. We had their cheesy chips which where nice and the kids did enjoy it because my 15 year old daughter was too old to go in the soft play but because she was technically keeping an eye on the other 2 she was allowed to go in ! Which she did enjoy ! So it was worth going and it was not busy at all it was almost empty with a few people sitting on the edges. Kids enjoyed it :)
