You know its a great company when you aren't even a client yet, and the owner gets on the phone because of an appointment scheduling error.
Then her estimator, Reedie, came out. He was amazing. He didn't waste my time. I wanted one thing, but he suggested what I really needed first. He explained things and helped get me to financing.
I was scheduled for install when their installers got swamped and some service appointments had to be rearranged. I was one of them until I called Reedie and explained that I had some constraints that made it really important for me to remain in my scheduled spot. He made it happen.
He then turned things over to Tyler and his partner for the actual install. Those two young men are fine examples of what hard working respectful young men are. They were in my home for four days. They arrived on time. They were always polite and friendly. They did exactly what they said they would. Tyler went above and beyond in every way. My adult daughter lives upstairs and is OC. She also has an autism spectrum disorder, so the mess and chaos were causing her quite a bit of stress. He was patient with her, answered her questions and handled all of her requests.
When Tyler and his partner were about finished, Bruce came out to inspect the work and check the pressure test. Everything met and exceeded their very exacting standards. They put all the furniture, curtains and things back where they belonged. They even vacuumed for her!!! These guys...
Read moreWe have been using Comfort Services to service our HVAC system for 2-3 years now and have found them to be very professional and dependable to deal with. This year was the year our system decided to die a natural death and these folks were there for us all the way. They managed to keep our ailing system somewhat functional until we could decide how to proceed with a replacement. Reedy Ward was outstanding with his presentation and guidance on what our needs were for our particular situation. We were told it would take 3-4 days to complete the removal and installation of our new Carrier system, and that was exactly what happened. Austin, Joseph, and Tyler were on the job promptly at 8AM every morning, never wasted time standing around talking, did their jobs and were always respectful of our needs and never caused any problems or discomfort for us. Clayton came by to help get our Ecobee thermostat adjusted and to make sure we understood its operation (I thought I did until he educated me on its operation). They all just made an unpleasant situation seem pleasant and manageable with smiles all around. Can't say enough good things about this company. And the girls in the office are always courteous, thoughtful and helpful in every way. Truly a first class company.

Read moreHad them come out to service HVAC system ($96.80), fix fireplace in my living room (another $96.80) and to give me a quote on installing another in my master bedroom. Not only did they take my money (February 23) to not fix my fireplace, they still have yet to even pick up the phone and call me to say the part needed is on back order. I called them today to find out what the heck is going on, and they are like, "no big deal, I'll call today and find out where it's at. ALL parts are on back order!" Listen people...Communication is KEY! I get that some things are on back order and I know I'm not the MVP of the world and I should get service before others. All I'm asking for is the few seconds it takes to email, call, or heck, even text a quick note that states it's going to be a bit of time for this to be fixed! So in essence I paid almost $100 to be told something I already knew. "It doesn't work!" No quote of how much it would cost to replace what needed replacing. Today I was told $460 for the part. I didn't even ask how much they'd charge to actually fix something! I could only imagine, if they charge $100 just to tell me something I could have flipped a switch and known, I don't want to know what they'd charge to actually fix it! Thank...
