Habitat ReStore of the NC Sandhills — Local services in Aberdeen

I'm an avid reader and I always find several books that I can't live without here. I keep coming back every week because at this Habitat the books are always on special and there is so much to offer. Also there are new additions all the time. I choose this Habitat in Pinehurst because this store is very clean. Items are labeled, sorted, hung up, priced individually and clean. The people who work there are just such nice people. They make conversation with the customers and remember names. They're helpful, willing to carry out packages and help locate anything I am looking for. Employees and volunteers work constantly to keep store clean and items displayed beautifuly. They diffenetly make shopping here fun. I come here at least once a week . There is always...

Cory was extremely helpful when I needed to buy a set of French doors. He helped me sort through all the doors available until I found both doors to the set. (He was working in a restricted access area, and quite happily came to me when I tapped on the door and motioned him over. No "that's not my area" from Cory!)

The gave me a price that blessed my very limited budget, carefully loaded and secured them, and even gave me a hand up into my vehicle and loaded my walker for me. I love my Aberdeen ReStore!! Well worth the 30 minute drive...

If this is a subsidy of habitat for humanity they should be willing to negotiate prices. But this restore unlike every other location I've been in NC Boone to Raleigh will not negotiate prices. They truly charge antique store prices when they should be willing to negotiate. I offered 60 for 2 red matching chairs for children not adults that were priced at 35 each. They refused.
